The ceiling could be suspended if it would be to heavy to sit on the new walls.

Would the 5cm air gap suffice?
Normal pb or denser?
Steel gague would be 7,5cm or even 10cm for stronger support

First of all, my sincere apologies. I wasn not after ‘free lunch’ asking you for blueprints :D Was after additional info regarding the concept of the build. Perhaps photos of some completed projects… How does the m-a-m concept apply for instance? Does the outer shell (existing wall) count as a mass?
