2. REW question. How can we accurately measure [in Real Time] the SPL level between the Left and Right Monitors ? In other words, I have Monitor Level Outputs on each Monitor. What is the correct height to hang them at ?

Should they hang centered on the Monitor center ?

I wonder, because most time in the room is spent sitting [if that even matters]
