Been Awhile But Back Again.....
i still think you need hallways. for example - going from studio A to studio B -- via outdoors. brisk in the winter. -- via the office into the corner of the video room disrupting the work there into the other office (also disrupting). multiple non-contiguous bathrooms - lots of extra plumbing, smells, noises, venting. second floor stuff - still need elevators or accessibility lifts on the stairs.

But we do have access inside for Studio B if need....hallway from C to B....and as you pointed out from A to B via office through office and video room....as for your comments "multiple non-contiguous bathrooms - lots of extra plumbing, smells, noises, venting. second floor stuff - still need elevators or accessibility lifts on the stairs" that will be covered as need be....though would dispute "smells, noises" as being concern
Each studio is self contained....and each has several access points including separate outside doors....so in most cases each is separate entity almost during any recording work or even during production work (as each control room is equipped for immersive music work). Each studio has different size live room....A with approx. 1500 sq. ft.....B with roughly 750 sq. ft.....C with 2000+ sq. ft....giving great variety in available spaces....with accessibility to each from inside....or from directly outside.

Last drawing seems like best possible solution so far:
Studio A is accessible from outside and to rest of complex from inside….entrance to B and rest of complex from A lounge past two office spaces.
Windows not showing as easier for my purposes to depict without….but would be in actual blueprints and build.
Video Room accessible from A lounge or through adjoining office….
Layout as suggested is to eliminate second floor production suites etc….but may be reconsidered….concern was building over recording spaces especially due to desired ceiling heights in live room of 18 to 25 plus ft.
One floor layout seems less expensive re: actual build….again may reconsider….
Main concern was flow and interconnection of spaces while maintaining isolation/separation of studio spaces
Plus separation of recording spaces from mechanical
Also realized better to have three differing sizes of studios especially live room space….so small….medium….and large is thinking….
A live room as medium at 1000 to 1250 (or possibly up to 1500) sq. ft
B as small at 500 to 750 sq. ft.
C as large at 2000 to 2500 sq. ft.
Just some of ideas working with….much still to consider….

i'd suggest doors directly into live rooms for load in-out -- preferably from a hallway to enable staging before moving into rooms. otherwise, winter. also consider how many people might be involved. let's say Hans Z. decides to rent your big studio for 3 months to complete a soundtrack - say 40 orchestral people + 20 assistants / techs / etc. are there enough bathroom space? enough seating? space for food catering? some studios create proper canteens for food services etc. so depending on lounge requirements, maybe also some space for writing and composing might be an investment. also production suites adjacent to live rooms - LF impacts from movie or dance producers?

much better. now consider "lock-offs" meaning how do we keep people from wandering if we don't want them to? so arrangement of doors and halls to allow us to "lock-off" sections without disrupting the ability to use the space - so offices, load-in/out, general flow - for each and then positioning of doors in the hallways to prevent easy cross-over access.
e.g. Hans Z. is going to be making a soundtrack for a new A-list movie -- the movie folks are paranoid that someone will see it (while raw) and give the secret away (this happens a lot - a new A-list movie is in the works, suddenly 5 cheap movies come out just before or just after -- think Netflix, Hulu, etc) so keep "his" space separated and only accessible to the performers and his team will likely be in the contract and is expected.
so sometimes this means several doors might be needed to access a live room, CR, etc so they can be locked to restrict flow to only one hallway etc.

oh, and studio C will need a 112ch mixer (or more like the Neve 1000+) or the ability to bring another one in (so consider that in the wiring patching plans), this would also be something for the equipment racks in the rooms (e.g. CLA decides to bring in 5-6 of his own - so having the ability to connect his, would be good planning).

Tweaked layout a bit….if only one floor (only ground level) with a sub basement for reverb and echo chamber…..two washrooms per studio/lounge….improved access including double doors to each studio space….double doors at both main entrance points….
Several offices….video room….storage….mic locker….tech shop….mech room….all separated from studio spaces….
Studio A is medium sized space….live room 750 to 1000 sq. ft…..control room approximately 450 to 500 sq. ft…..also an immersive work space when not tracking etc…..
Studio B is smaller but still medium sized space….live room 650 to 750 sq. ft…..but with several great sized iso booths to increase overall size and feel….control room approximately 450 to 500 sq. ft…..console only stereo….
Ceiling height in A & B live rooms would be 16 to 18 ft.
Large Studio C would be for recording orchestras, online streaming, showcases, events, video shoots, etc….live room could be reduced in size as needed by use of gobos/dividers….ceiling height would be 25 ft. plus….2000 to 2500 sq. ft live room….control room approximately 600 sq. ft….will be used for mixing/mastering in immersive when studio not in use for tracking, etc.
NOTE: Appreciate all the comments re cost....need for professional design & architectural people involved....specialized trades....we have one of the best studio designers/architects in the business....but I am a visual type of person and diagrams of potential layouts as posted here are my means to seeing how the studio might look....what might work....what wouldn't....so our studio designer/architect can take these ideas and incorporate them in the overall design and ultimately the final build....and yes this has become a very complex and much larger project....that will require a large investment in both finances and time....thankfully have some good folks involved....including couple of partners with the resources to help achieve such a project....it certainly isn't a DIY build any more in a 1000 sq. ft. empty garage....and as things have progressed to this stage, our business plan has evolved, with an emphasis on immersive music production as the cornerstone....those involved in this project believe that immersive music is the future of music production....it also allows for work in film and TV....
2023/24 is going to be fun
