Think this is final version....with sliding wall sections between A & B to allow opening into one large live room if needed....private lounges for A & B respective control rooms....additional offices and production suites on second floor.

Still waiting to close on property that hope to do build on....learning patience through all of this....lots of patience....

But also gave time to reflect on layout and size involved....as well as flow and flexibility....
