Greetings one and all,

First, glad that Stuart is back with us.

The garage conversion for my wife's art studio is complete (finally!; as you might expect, there were some COVID-related delays). I've attached a couple of pictures.

I certainly have learned a lot during the process, and will be able to apply some of it to my studio build once it gets going. Unfortunately, some home repairs are taking precedence (read: budget), including a new roof.
