You often hear about people trying to get a good "room ratio" for a studio they want to build, or trying to fix their "modal spread", and there's a lot of confusion about what that all means. There's also a lot of misleading, convoluted, and even incorrect information about this subject in many places on the internet... So I recently wrote an article about that, to help clarify the issues, and get rid of the mystery and confusion surrounding it.
