Amazing place. These high ceilings will make for awesome live and control rooms.

Thanks Jennifer. Yes the live room is looking like it is going to be awesome. The design has lots of BAD panels and clever stuff to keep the room very lively while still allowing it to be more intimate needed.
Can you remember where you got your window and door seals from?
What did you end up doing about aircon for your studio? Did you use an aircon specialist to help spec the system?

Door seals were from Fire Sales Direct. They do excellent drop seals for the bottom of the door, I've used the "Lorient" brand. Heavy duty ones are best. The "batwing" door perimeter seals are ok but not perfect. I think you can get better.

Someone on another forum recommended Land Rover seals for door perimeters;
I haven't changed the window seals yet, but probably will in the future. These are Velux so likely have some bespoke fittings.
At the moment I just have the heating and ventilation part of the HVAC in place. Heating by radiator, ventilation with fan, silencers etc. described in detail here;

It's cool enough here without aircon for most of the year, although it does get toasty on hot summer days in the room with six south facing windows. I'm looking into heat reflecting window film to see if it helps.
Cheers!

I managed to find that landrover car door seals are the closest thing to the GM ones in rods book after a lot of research, it's a very close match so that is what I will use for that part of it.
